    Morning All,
    We are exploring the use of digital in H@H, Virtual Wards & Hospital without Walls. From the use of tech such as virtual consulting, remote monitoring, electronic patient records to the art of the possible. Looking for examples and case studies of what and where is being used, as well as barriers and challenges. Any information, pointers or contacts would be gratefully received equally if anyone is available for a chat about what they are doing I’d love to hear from you. BW Rosie
