Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone’s organisation has used Microsoft Teams Patients (https://support.office.com/en-gb/article/get-started-with-microsoft-teams-patients-aa7daebe-706a-4a65-8ce9-b9b79233f393)? We are already using MS Teams for internal staff communications and are using Attend Anywhere or AccuRx for clinical consultations. Any insight is much appreciated – thanks!
Best wishes,
Carissa
I’ve not heard o MS pts. We’re using AA and AccuRx. Would be interested to find out more too
Hi Carissa
We’ve been looking into this and have now reached agreement to use MS teams for our group outpatients so we are now developing this. We already use Attend Anywhere for groups less than 5, but this will be able to facilitate larger groups.
Hi Louise,
Thank you very much for letting me know. Would you be able to let me how this process goes? Feel free to contact me via email if easier (carissa.gilbert@nhs.net).
Many thanks,
Carissa
we are also developing processes for groups using Teams. The main challenge (so far) are reduced functionality compared to Zoom (breakouts etc.) and need to set up meetings without confidentiality breaches.
Dear All,
At Hampshire Hospitals Foundation Trust we are using MS Teams for patient consultations both for individuals and groups and I’d be happy to discuss this further with people. kezia.marshall@hhft.nhs.uk
I am especially keen to hear from anyone completing patient groups on any video platform and how this is going. We have managed this via Teams but we are very much beginners. By the way, you can do breakout rooms on Teams. Happy to explain how. Kezia
