Q workshop: to create a framework to measure Improvement Capability – can you join us on 12 June?
If you’re interested in how to better enable targeted learning, sharing and connecting around Improvement Capability in your organisation – and across Q – you might want to join the Q workshop in Birmingham next month.
It’s titled ‘Constructing and Populating an Improvement Capability Framework for Q’ – and is part of one of 2018’s Q Exchange winning projects, chosen by Q members.
The resulting framework could even potentially in future track changes in the key elements of QI Capability, and identify gaps where support is most needed in the sector.

It’s also a great opportunity to meet some other fabulous Q members too.
It promises to be a rewarding, fun and fruitful day. (NB Q will pay your travel costs for this event).
The workshop will be led by project leader Chris Collison, a Q member who is also a globally renowned author and expert in Knowledge Management.

What a wonderful opportunity for people to help shape this work.
Yes, it should be a really rewarding and fruitful day – lots of interesting Qs (and a few guests) coming along.
Fancy a trip to Birmingham, Anna…?
Would love to come, but have a diary clash. Are you open to people coming for half a day or is that too disruptive? A 😊
Hi @annaburhouse – I think Chris might be happy with that. Partly as I’m pretty sure there was another person who could only make part of the day.
Pop him a quick e-mail to check..
