Hello I’m an OT who has somehow got to be Director of Transformation at Bury LCO after working through operational management and working in Divisional Care Director and Divisional Director of Ops posts. A long history of delivering QI in operational services has been a huge part of my career and has led me to this point where I am leading a team of people establishing a new organisation of 7 partners, and implementing new models of care.
