ITT: Support provider for Q Lab UK grant funding programme

For the past year, Q Lab UK has worked in partnership with NHS England – Transformation Directorate to explore how to build staff and patient trust and confidence in technology-enabled remote monitoring, so that it can be scaled across the health and care system.

Q is seeking a support provider to work collaboratively with Q Lab UK to provide coaching support to frontline clinical teams working on this challenge in a year-long grant funding programme. The support provider will be giving external support in the form of coaching, providing spaces for the teams to gather as a cohort as well supporting their skill and capabilities to deliver implementation projects.

The successful provider will have:

  • knowledge and experience of how to successfully test and demonstrate social innovation and/or improvement projects and may have a network (or ready access to a network) of specialists who are able to provide timely input based on the project teams’ needs
  • a good understanding, and practical experience, of supporting culture and behaviour change within health and social care organisations and systems
  • creative and innovative event design to support learning from and between teams
  • credibility when working with teams including experience in facilitation, coaching and encouraging reflective practice.
