About this group

This is a space for Q members to connect on the successes, challenges, learning and opportunities around professional advocacy.

Professional advocates are nurses and midwives who have been trained to deliver Restorative Clinical Supervision, career development and quality improvement. The purpose of the role is to restore and grow our workforce. This has been an NHSE initiative.

There are also AHPs who have undertaken a professional advocate course who are included under the umbrella of advocacy after completing a different course.

By joining this Special Interest Group, we hope that you can bring your passion for professional advocacy and contribute in whatever way is best for you.

This group is convened by Martin Hogan and Sid Beech.
