      Thank you for sharing, I know from my own personal experience I left the NHS not because I wanted to, but because I could not serve people the way I wanted to within that system. I was not the only one. I was told once I cared too much ever to be an effective nurse manager. I guess I do care and yes maybe too much but someone has to.…Read more
