Hi Sonia, I’ve just watched the recording on Creativity and feel inspired, I’m currently working on an improvement project that received QExchange funding last year and lots of the things you said resonated with me, including moving outside your comfort zone and discussing and sharing “failures”, although like Edison, we’ve viewed them as part of the learning curve as I’m not an expert in the field I’ve decided to explore to improve on. I’m looking forward to learning more in this group.
