Hi, really enjoying your tweets on Deming. And looking forward to reading your blog on him. I did my training with Process Management International, who based there methodology on SoPK and of course, as the name of their company states, process management is their foundation principles to improvement, something I know you are keen on.

Certainly there is no point in adding an activity into a pathway if that activity is not available. I guess that proposed new pathways may require new activities and therefor processes to be developed.
