Biography
I am a strategic communications and engagement specialist with nineteen years’ experience working across the UK’s health and social care sectors. As part of the Q Community communications team, I analyse and write about a range of quality improvement projects for the Q blog. A few examples of these include the work of systems convenors, neurodiversity and mental wellbeing in the workplace, and the practice of appreciative inquiry - a powerful cognitive tool for surfacing examples of high quality clinical practice – as part of an organisational improvement approach.
If you have a quality improvement project that you think would work as a blog, get in touch with me to find out a bit more about how I can support you to do this. The Q Community is at its best when we all work together to share examples of improvement work.
