I trained as a nurse many years ago and specialised in diabetes care since 1980…my journey since then has been a search for how to best use the ‘me’ as a more effective intervention in both consultations and self management education programmes. I completed a PhD thesis in relation to this work, however, it was only when I found ‘Clean’ that I realised the best way to use the intervention that is me! That was over 10 years ago.
