, I’ve held numerous employed, self-employed and voluntary roles across a broad range of sectors. These roles can be distilled into the following: Director, Senior consultant, Programme manager, Project manager, Facilitator, Researcher, Lecturer and Writer. In these roles I have worked within the corporate, public, philanthropic, higher education, environmental campaigning, creative industries, charitable, social enterprise, community development, health and social innovation sectors. From this experience in 2016, I created Pollinator as a boutique consultancy to offer my professional services in Systemic coaching, Systemic constellations, Adaptive leadership coaching and systems innovation work. In 2010, I created Kyoseido Learning Community as a social enterprise, to provide urban workshops and rural retreats exploring wellbeing, resilience and creative development for individuals, groups and teams, within a whole-person centred framework.
