Sophie is a human factors and quality improvement researcher, interested in the co-creation and implementation of organisational processes and (technical) products. Her current PhD research focuses on the spread and implementation of paediatric allergy integrated care pathways. As an embedded researcher, she gained experience utilising human-centered design and quality improvement methods.

Sophie is driven by understanding and solving real-world problems. She thoroughly enjoys working in interdisciplinary teams, which she sees as invaluable for creative problem solving.
