I have a strong background in Paeds SLT and was previous a primary school teacher. I have a keen interest in data driven changes and decision making which led me to a role as a data project lead for AHP workforce development. This is where I was introduced to Qi. I trained in a range of courses and am currently enjoying a new role as a Qi facilitator in a newly formed team where we are quickly making our mark within West London NHS Trust
