My main role is the implementation of systems and practices to provide a patient centred, quality service. This is achieved predominantly through ISO9001:2015 certification across the HUTH Radiotherapy Service and BS70000 (MPACE) accreditation for Radiation Physics.

Interested in the use of staff feedback, patient experience and patient outcome measures as a continual improvement tool.
