Biography
I lead a team of quality improvement practitioners. My team and I advise, lead and support Quality Improvement activity across the physical and mental health and care system in Tayside.
I am interested in how we create the condtions for continuous quality improvement for all staff in the midst of the challenges facing the health and social care system.
I'm also particularly interested in getting the right balance between the benefits of committing to one QI methodolody, and the benefits of being able to apply a plurality of QI methods.
Delighted to be part of the Q Initiative and very keen to share ideas and learning with my fellow participants.
