People get confused over Quality vs Specification and Quality Improvement vs Continual Improvement. I did try to illustrate the differences during the webinar. I can post on this if needed.

I am sorry turnout for the webinar was not what you had hoped. I don’t think it would have been the topic just that it feels just now that people are finding it harder and harder to create the space for the learning and reflection that can make the work not so time consuming. Maybe that is worthy of a cross group discussion in its own…Read more-
Thanks Hilda. 100 odd registered and 50 odd logged on so it was not too bad. No many from the Q Community though. I did find that a bit disappointing. Some good feedback and further/ongoing discussions though.

Wow over a 100 registered shows the level of interest and around 50 logged on which is usual, around 50% people attend, that’s a lot, celebrate what was achieved.
