Louise plays a key role in the cultural change of multiple complex needs in Sussex and co leads the trauma informed care programme for the Sussex Health and care partnership She has a social policy degree as well as a degree in senior management and leadership which helps inform her work. Louise has been nominated and won several positive practice awards. Has spoken at national and international  events such as  BMJ Quality forum IHI and NHS England.

Her current role involves systems convening and change across the county through the Changing futures Programme and influences national planning. she continues to influence national policy for patient involvement and coproduction
