Im an allied health professional using nutritional therapy to aid recovery and wellbeing. My improvement journey may have been a little back to front, with the application of my research in practice leading me to better a understanding of quality improvement methodology. There’s just so much to still learn in this ever changing arena and for me the best way is through shared application. AHPs are well placed to lead improvement and innovation in a collaborative way, so I can’t wait to see how that grows.
