I am a nurse, and also co-founder of Elliott Blanchard Ltd where I provide external consultancy and support to NHS colleagues. After almost 30 years of working within the NHS, I now work with various NHS organizations across England and Wales. This gives a unique viewpoint when it comes to Quality and Improvement, to see where similarities and opportunities exist so that successful change work can take place locally and at scale.

Along with my business partner, we have developed products and services that support the monitoring of quality, achieve cultural change across organisations through our accreditation programmes, and enable staff to deliver long lasting and meaningful changes utilising our 3 Frameworks approach to QI.

Having worked within paediatrics for most of my clinical years, I am a great believer in using play and creativity to help stimulate change.

I joined Q in the hope that we can have a bit of fun as we think differently together.
