I am privileged to hold the position of Clinical Nurse Educator within an ED, Ambulatory Care, and Acute Receiving unit setting. I am responsible for the attainment of mandatory and statutory training, clinical education, and professional development of the Nursing team within my service areas; supporting our Lead Nurse and SCN team in their strategic aims. As an experienced educator I work collaboratively with other professionals across my hospital and with wider corporate services to ensure our patients receive person-centred quality care. I am skilled at engaging and delivering projects using a wide range of educational strategies, and act as a local lead in quality improvement project delivery. I
