Kate Cheema describes herself as a 'career analyst' working in a range of analytical roles throughout the NHS over 17 years, moving to develop and head up the British Heart Foundation's Health Insights team in September 2019 and currently Director of Evaluation and Insight at UCLPartners. Kate is passionate about the effective use of data and evidence to effect change and improvement. Kate's favourite soapbox is the need for analystical teams to get out more , work with their clinical counterparts and celebrate their work together.
