Couldn’t agree more. Those small changes can be radical when you look back I can recall after my own cancer diagnosis, settling into a routine that included simple exercise (walking) allowed me to not only get fitted, but allowed me time, and permission in a busy life, to take stock and mentally prepare myself for the likely operation.
