Hi Charlotte, I would be keen to be involved too. I have previously worked in NHS trusts in patient safety/ improvement roles and now I have a roles supporting NHS organisation across the country with PSIRF implementation through Aqua offers and programmes. Thanks

It was a very good debate and I support Option 2. PSIRF can do a better job. I do think that ‘process’ is what will make the difference. Process Management that is!
