Hi, I’m Jo and currently work as Joint Head of Quality Improvement for the national team at Health Education England. I have worked within the NHS for over 25 years and I am extremely passionate about healthcare improvement, coproduction and demonstrating equity. I have an MSc in Health and Social Care Leadership, am a trained improvement coach, and was a core member of the Sheffield Microsystem Coaching Academy (MCA) Teaching Faculty for over seven years.
