Thanks Libby, was a great day and so useful to meet all involved.
The Flow Academy talks in particular were excellent and gave our team more insight into elective pathway management and understanding the determinants of flow.
We hope to undertake a Troika at work sometime soon too! -
A great set of slides illustrating Lab work to date. I really do think that you are missing a trick if you don’t try some Process Management at one of your test sites.
