I describe my work as being a partner in the health and social care system. With a background in the NHS and in universities, I have worked independently for the past 15 years.

My work helps people create better interactions and cultures together, in and across teams, organisations and systems of care and services. Paying quality attention to the 'space between' ourselves builds relationships which can achieve amazing things, alongside (and sometimes despite) traditional, formal power structures.

I am experimenting with and learning about how some of the worrisome issues in our society (including health and social care) could be approached in new, less hierarchical and 'conventional' ways.

I am particularly keen develop and apply this learning and way of working in the Sheffield area, which is my home.  If you are connected with folk in Sheffield who share this curiosity, I would love to be in touch. I am thirsty to learn and explore with anyone who feels energy for this kind of work!
