    Hi everyone,

    As part of our latest insight project looking at backlogs and improving access to services, we’re now looking to our members for your examples of work you may be doing to address these challenges.

    Following research sessions with some of you, we’ve identified criteria we think underpins much of the promising work we’ve already heard about – including the need for projects to balance both short and long term goals in creating change. We thought this group may be particularly interested.
