    We have just recruited our first team in Oxfordshire and I did a short podcast with two of the successful recruits. This is the 3rd recruitment we have done for Wellbeing Leaders, and I was concerned about this one because of the low unemployment in Oxford. I wonder how many times I need to do this to convince myself that it is not a fluke that we are getting different people applying and joining us. In this podcast two people share their experience of traditional recruitment to the process that we are using. I think how we recruit people and their expectations of self-management is critical – would love to hear your views on this.
