Elizabeth has been an executive at AQuA since 2010 where she leads the leadership, OD culture change, lived experience and personalised care work,  and multiple improvement programmes  and improvement partnerships in organisations and systems.  She is faculty on AQuA board development initiatives and well-led developmental reviews.  She has considerable experience as an improvement leader in NHS provider and commissioning organisations and in local, regional and national quality improvement roles.  Elizabeth was a Health Foundation / Institute for Healthcare Improvement Quality Improvement Fellow in 2009-10.  She is an NHS Improvement / Health Foundation Q.
