Having previously worked as Head of Service Improvement in both Scotland and London in my current role I now get to work with a range of different organizations training and coaching them to transform the way they deliver their products or service.
That external experience will allow me to support my passion of improving the delivery of healthcare.
At the moment I'm working with some great people Ireland to improve unscheduled care within the one of the Hospital Groups and also with a great diagnostic imaging team in a London Teaching Hospital help to reduce delays and to improve the patients experience of the service they provide.
