I am an Assistive Technology Specialist Speech and Language Therapist with the team. My role is to work with individuals using our service to assess and provide appropriate electronic assistive technology.

I graduated from the University of Sheffield with an MMedSci in Clinical Communication Studies. I have previously worked as a Speech and Language Therapist in a private residential service for adults with Autism and complex needs and in a local NHS Adult Learning Disability Community Team.

My previous clinical experience has centred around supporting adults with complex learning and social communication needs. I have a particular interest in supporting people with social communication needs and learning disabilities to communicate as effectively as possible and to be involved in decisions about how they want to communicate.
