Hi Tom would love to hear your view on iso 7101 and also wanted to see how 7101 and IMS approach fit with with each other, the system is so complex and how we can embed these standards without overwhelming clinical teams on the ground in practice in the real world.
Once the structure of the management system is understood (many many UK organisations already use it) by the NHS thing become less complex, particularly because it is based on what we do every day at work.
