I have worked in social care since 1994, starting my career with Nottingham Community Housing Association (NCHA) in care homes for young people with learning disabilities. I have spent time as NCHA's Quality and Regulatory Compliance Manager, Registered Care Home Manager, Registered Domiciliary Care Manager, Person-Centred Services Lead, Complex Needs Supported Living Manager and I'm currently working in the Business Development department. It's my job to make sure that our services are developing in line with our customers' needs and expectations and that we stay at the forefront of innovative and successful service delivery in order to reach more people and grow our services.
