I trained in paediatrics in the UK, gaining my CCT in 2013. My intensive care training was completed between London and Boston, and I am now a full time consultant in PICU at the Brompton Hospital in London.

My interest in patient safety and quality began during my 3-year fellowship in Boston, and I am now consultant lead for this in my department.

I am passionate about learning from incidents and excellence, and culture change within organisations.
