UPDATE: We have booked our speaker for the event- Professor Hardeep Singh of Baylor College of Medicine, Houston TX. Professor Singh is a world leader in quality and safety and he’ll be sharing his thoughts on achieving diagnostic excellence in primary care. We ae delighted to have the opportunity to work with him.

Healthcare Improvement Scotland has been delivering a fresh, new approach to improving primary care access over the past year. The Primary Care Access Programme (PCAP) uses a mix of quality improvement (QI), sprint, and demand, capacity, activity, queue (DCAQ) methods.

I am looking at having a speaker for 30 minutes to kick it off, followed by a workshop of 45 minutes to dive into the detail. I wanted to thank everyone for your super helpful advice and signposting!! I am rushing about trying to get everything tidied up for going on holiday- long awaited 3 weeks visiting family in the US I havent seen since 2019.
