I am a Geriatric Medicine Registrar currently working as an ST5 at Fairfield General Hospital. I have previously been the Chief Registrar at Blackpool Teaching Hospitals Foundation Trust, working with the QI team on implementing QI methodology in Frailty services to improve a number of areas effecting patient care across the Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre region.

I have an interest in social prescribing and how this can be incorporated to enrich the lives of older adults. I currently sit on the board of directors of String of Hearts, a charity based in Trafford and South Manchester that tires to combat social isolation in the elderly through music workshops and music sessions in the community.
