I am the Quality Manager for the South/Southwest Hospital Group based in Cork. My role is to support the hospitals in our Group to monitor and improve compliance with various clinical and other national and international standards, and to promote and encourage quality improvement where required.

I am particularly interested in systems thinking, use of data to drive improvement (business intelligence), clinical audit and patient experience.
