The embedding of improvement into management systems and processes is a core component of the NHS IMPACT approach that all NHS organisations are being supported to embed.

On Monday July 15th @1-2pm the Quality Management in Healthcare SIG is hosting an online event that may provide you with some encouragement and practical advice. 

This event brings together Quality Management veteran Dr Tom Rose and Jem Ramazanoglu, Quality Improvement Programme Manager at Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust, for a conversation on how to overcome hurdles on the challenging path to creating and implementing an effective Quality Management System (QMS).

The conversation will be grounded in examples from Jem’s work in the Trust. There will be an opportunity for participants to share their own QMS challenges, as well as ask Tom and Jem questions.
