Just wanted to make sure you’re all aware of the workshop coming up in a few weeks on Wed April 17th 12-1.30pm:

Selling the benefits of QI coaching to leaders co-convened and hosted by @sophia-mody, @kerryblewitt and @sidbeech. 

We’ll explore the real-term benefits that QI coaching brings by focusing on the different groups involved in the process; the organisation itself, the teams receiving coaching, the coach and the patients/public we all serve. And discuss how then to effectively communicate these benefits with leaders, managers and other decision makers.
