At the next Liberating Structures user group meet-up on Thursday April 11th, 12-1pm, we’ll be testing 15% Solutions, guided by @hilda-campbell-mbe and @clareclark.

15% Solutions gets individuals and groups to focus on what is within their discretion instead of what they cannot change – and swiftly generate actionable ideas and solutions. 

This structure works well for building trust in groups and supports people to discover their individual and collective power. Which definitely can lead to an increase in staff wellbeing.
