    Re: technical support request

    I’ve created a video on my work iphone as per previous training. I am having issues transferring this video (it is one minute long) to my work laptop for editing and sharing with colleagues) can you help?  I will also search YouTube for any technical support and report back here if I find anything.

      Here’s a recent tutorial I found! It shows several different ways to do that, so give it a look and see which option fits you best (if you have a cable to do the file transfer, or if you’d rather use itunes, you’ll see the description separates the video in chapters):
