On Tuesday March 19th 12-1pm @thomasjohnrose will share how to create effective healthcare process documentation to enable more effective improvement, risk assessment and safety reviews.

This will be based on the works of Deming and Juran and Tom Rose will cover points such as “why document your key processes”, “what a Process Flowchart should really look like”, “producing Flowchart documentation” and more.
