In summary,

The “Connect and Collaborate” project seeks to innovate patient feedback mechanisms across NHS 24 111 service and NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde using SMS delivered E-surveys focusing on patient experience of unscheduled care. This initiative is focused on optimising data collection processes, enriching the quality of patient care and experience of unscheduled care, and promoting efficient information sharing across healthcare systems, in alignment with the Q Exchange’s emphasis on innovation, collaboration, and cross-system improvement.
