    Sussex Community Trust introduced a team to support all HCSW to work at Band 3 level including the completion of the Care Certificate. The impact of the team has been to improve the morale and wellbeing of HCSW, improve recruitment and retention, and the development of a HCSW network. Community Hospital teams are supplied with a competency signoff.  Julia Fairhall will talk about the impact of team, and the transferability of the model.
