It was a great session, so adding my thanks to @kristin-johnstad and @meerakapadia. 🙂 I enjoyed the ‘blend’ of 3 different Liberating Structures. I hadn’t come across ‘Liquid Courage’ before (although have done similar activities, and I liked the ‘mindfulness’ of the way Meera presented the Spiral Journal.

And some really great conversations in the ‘Impromptu Networking’ session. The universe certainly seemed to be facilitating as I got a chance to chat with @lyseedwards and @sarahames talking about and sharing our #MPFTWhoseShoes work which has indeed been a highlight of 2023 – and a planned continuing highlight of 2024! 🙂
