    Since my last update, the UCLH Adolescent Rheumatology and Paediatrics department have been working hard establishing robust relationships and networking within and external to their Trust.

    The team are particulary keen to hear from others who might have suggestions or have expereince realting to:

    1. How they can talk about social determinants of health in more meaningful way with young people with long term conditions.
    2. Using dialog+ for long term conditions in secondary care.
