    Hello LS peers!

    A month passes by quickly and next week already we have a LS user group session coming up on Thursday Oct 5th, 12:00-13:00.

    We’ll be trying out Discovery & Action Dialogue (DAD) for the first time, guided by @sophia-mody and Nicola Duncan. 

    DAD aims to ‘discover, invent and unleash local solutions to chronic problems’ by identifying the ‘positive deviants’ who’ve found better solutions than their peers to common problems.

    Sophia and Nicola are bringing a real problem to the group to explore together: ‘Releasing Time for Quality Improvement’.

    Often QI efforts are stalled as staff time cannot be released due to conflicting priorities and new challenges. Let’s use DAD to understand this issue better and find some solutions that we can all take back to our work place.

    All welcome, no previous experience with Liberating Structures required.

      Look forward to many of you at the session next week. Do come along not only to experience DAD but also to contribute to a real issue that many of face in our work life.
