The Joy in Work SIG is hosting an excellent talk with Joanna Thomas, Clinical Lead for a small inpatient therapy team at Warrington and Halton NHS Trust, on Wed Sep 13th @12:30-13:30. 

Joanna will share the principles of psychological safety and compassionate leadership and outline how undertaking a small quality improvement project – looking at adopting such principles in a small acute therapy team – improved team performance, dynamics, and staff retention.
