    Thanks to Q for arranging an in-person visit to the Bromley By Bow Centre

    So much to lear about integrated care, making connections, supporting the local community, collaborations and so much more. Congratulations to everyone involved in BBBC. It is a welcoming safe place that offers so much. We can certainly apply the learning to those community hospitals expanding  their role as health and wellbeing centres, further developing their relationships with communities, social care, welfare and third sector agencies. 

    There is plenty of information, resources, reports, videos on the BBBC website.  Thank you to all involved.
